After I am clear about your specific needs, I diligently start looking for opportunities that match your criteria. I dig deeper than the MLS listings, and look for new and exclusive listings and off the market products. I also have the support and network of Sotheby’s spectacular realtor community to ensure that I find you your perfect match!
SUPPORT
I will provide you with market data as well as comparative market analysis of the property and all the information you need in order to make a smart, confident decision.
If you require assistance with mortgages, I will provide you recommendations or information to facilitate the process of a successful transaction.
NEGOTIATIONS
Negotiations are an important part of the buying process, I have spent over two decades negotiating the best options that will benefit my clients. I will explain and recommend strategies and options during the negotiations period that will help secure the best deal for you.
